Heidi grew up mostly in Minnesota and South Dakota. Her Father was a minister and moved a few times in her years at home. She has 3 sister and no brothers, which made for some interesting times during the morning getting ready for school in the bathroom!

During her senior year in high school her parents moved to Florida and Heidi stayed in Pipestone MN. As a senior Heidi was the school store manager and held 3 other jobs all while attending high school.

After graduating from high school Heidi was married to Jason Woelber and they started Woelber Gravel & Excavating.

During the last 16 years of marriage Jason and Heidi have had 4 children. One son, Rand and three daughters Ashten, Bret and Jessica.

For the first 15 years of Marriage Heidi was a stay at home mom and raised her children while helping Jason in the excavation business doing bookkeeping and helping on the job site. She learned how to run a backhoe and loader but most of the time she was the “grunt” as she called it.

Heidi has always been interested in the real estate business, so when she met Renee’ it all just fell together. In October of 2007 she started working with Renee’ as her assistant and with Renee’s support she went to school to get her real estate license. On April 1st, 2008 she reached her goal and received her license. Renee’ and Heidi have had a great time working together ever since.

Heidi has started taking GRI classes to further enhance her knowledge of real estate.

Renee’ has taken her under her wing and is teaching her the ropes of the real estate business. (And having a blast!!)

Heidi is always looking for new clients to service and will work hard to help you to achieve your goals in real estate.
